Dave Eagle is the the person behind Eagle Build, a construction business delivering high-end projects across Cheshire and the North West. He came up through a plumbing apprenticeship and now leads a team building homes at the luxury end of the market.
On The Healthy House Podcast he talks about what that level of work involves, and what it can teach anyone planning an extension or renovation: how to choose a builder, how to compare quotes properly, why to allow for unexpected costs and why to involve an architect and a quantity surveyor early.
